CUSTOMER REMINDER...

Our unique designs are ultra-durable and able to withstand a fair amount of scratching. They are made from top quality corrugated cardboard, which is dense and evenly compressed for additional strength and bonding. We also use the extra thick print covers on our products too.

However, cardboard scratchers are consumable products and it is inevitable that they will eventually wear down when your cat does what comes natural.

Having seven kitties of our own, we are aware that accidents do happen. Our products are made to last longer but if your kitty has been over zealous and pulled the print cover away, don't throw them away!!

One customer still had their much loved Chesterfield Chair (we still have ours!) and mentioned that the print cover was coming away. I advised that she used a pet-safe glue to simply glue it back down. Having clipped one of our scratch loungers with the hoover, I personally used and would recommend Elmer's Glue-All (available via Amazon) as it worked a treat and the lounger was as good as new.
